A Word from Helena
I’m Helena Willow. For three decades I have walked the path of sacred feminine wisdom — through the forests of Sweden, into the traditions of many cultures, and always back to the earth beneath my feet.
I created this altar practice for my apprenticeship students. Now I offer it to you — because this simple act of creating sacred space is where everything begins.
The altar anchors your energy. It holds space for your becoming. And it prepares the ground for the deeper work that awaits — when you are ready.
